Hcg update:
It’s been a long and tough weekend. I was in Lakeland on Friday for my friends surprise proposal, and It was hard to keep drinking my water and green tea. So, Saturday I only lost .4 pounds, and today I lost 1.6 pounds. Which is great! I started at 210, now at 197. Haven’t been this low since July :) I’m so happy! My birthday is Thursday and I’m not really sure if I should stop and do low carb until February is over, or just work through it… Feedback? Opinions? :)
